Cancellation Period
PropTradar users have the right to cancel the services ordered when registering for our services only at the Evaluation Phase within 10 days of purchasing the service. This cancellation period starts from the date of purchase and ends on the 10th day after the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
The requirement to be eligible for a refund during the 10-day cancellation period is that the user must not have used the PropTradar service by opening any trades or placing any orders on the Challenge account. If the user has used the PropTradar service even once, this refund policy is no longer applicable and no refund will be given.
Refund Procedure
Please submit refund requests within the cancellation period using the button available on the Billing page in your PropTradar account.
Refund Process
After receiving complete data and a valid refund request, we will process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be made using the payment method that has been officially registered on the PropTradar user account. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be equal to the total cost of the service as specified in the original purchase, minus any applicable fees or charges. If there was a discount or promotion applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
